Inspired by the unfurling of lotus leaves on a summer pond, Ver té’s signature design Lotus combines the elegance of traditional porcelain craftsmanship with sleek contemporary sensibilities. Our custom designed and handmade porcelains are fired in small-batch kilns at 1320 C/2400 F and topped with hand-sanded brass handles.
The Lotus teapot and platter is sized for one or two people. Hand-spun by our master potter, the platter curves gently upwards curling like a leaf at three delicate points. At its center is a hand-carved elevated flower, upon which a sensuous yet refined teapot sits. Paired with the Lotus teacup and saucer, this teapot set will bring quiet moments of peace with every use.
The Lotus teacup and saucer (2x) continues the graceful contours of the teapot.
