Each order contains 10 brew packets (40g) for 60-80 total infusions.

If mountain flowers produced milk, it would taste like this. A fragrant, naturally “creamy” floral Green Oolong from ¾ mile-high mountains in Taiwan.  A slow growing season produces tea leaves heavy with the flavors of its surrounding flora and fauna, encapsulated in the high fragrance and long length of this bright tea. A clean, light-yellow liquid with a rich yet soft body, this tea is like a breath of warm mountain air.

Portion: 4g for 180-250 ml of water

Note: this tea reaches optimal taste with awakening- simply do a quick first brew for 15 secs; this awakening brew can be drunk or used to warm your teapot and cups add discarded.

Temperature: 99-100 degrees C / 210-212 F

Time: 40-50 secs for first three infusion; longer for subsequent.
